About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Our diverse, open, progressive (and fun) team is looking forward to new inspiring talents who want to shape the future of e-bike technology and establish a new bike culture with us.

Your Tasks

  • Conducting user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and incorporate these findings into service design
  • By continuously developing the external and internal core service processes along the customer journey of our target groups - consumer, dealer, OEM - to a level worthy of Porsche, you ensure first-class service quality and lay the foundation for great customer experiences
  • Designing and implementing innovative service processes and solutions that noticeably increase both customer satisfaction and service efficiency
  • Defining the central service core process for the premium partners and auditing the dealers
  • Optimising internal service processes and ensuring efficient, customer-oriented orchestration of the IT systems used
  • As a link to the IT department, you will be responsible for translating the department's requirements into precise technical specifications and ensuring that IT solutions are implemented effectively
  • You are the first point of contact for IT-related questions within the department
  • Carrying out training courses and creating user documentation to strengthen employees' IT expertise
  • Supporting and maintaining the relevant IT systems, including CRM and ERP, to ensure smooth operations


Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the area of service design
  • Sound knowledge in the development and optimisation of service processes
  • Sound knowledge of process modelling, CRM and ERP systems as well as experience with design and analysis tools
  • Creative and analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of customer needs, team-orientation and strong communication skills
  • High level of interface competence 
  • Business fluent in English
