About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Your Tasks

  • As a Feature Owner Riding Behavior you are responsible to create a riding behavior experience riders love. You define the concept, align between different product teams and a variety of other stakeholders and collect market feedback to create the best possible user-experience and to ensure market success when it comes to Riding Behavior. 
  • Be responsible for the riding behavior of Porsche eBike Drive Systems to achieve best-in-class riding experience for all user groups
  • Take full ownership of your feature, including its market success and overall lifecycle management, ensuring consistent delivery of value
  • Translate user needs and market trends into product specifications
  • Demonstrate functional leadership by guiding cross-functional teams - project managers, UI/UX designers, software developers, and solution architects - to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences
  • Develop and manage the feature roadmap, also through end-of-life of the feature, ensuring alignment with Porsche eBike Performance’s standards for innovation, quality, and user satisfaction
  • Leverage user feedback and data-driven insights to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing feature performance and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Act as a key stakeholder in planning and review sessions with product teams, providing clarity, refining requirements, and ensuring alignment across all development stages

Your Profile

  • 6-7 years professional experience in product management
  • Proven track record in functional leadership and driving results through cross-functional collaboration
  • Genuine passion for cycling with experience in the bicycle industry, either professionally or as an enthusiast
  • Strong academic background in relevant fields such as science, engineering, computer science, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and cultural backgrounds
