About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Your Tasks

Competitor Analysis:  

  • Continuously monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies across all product lines
  • Identify key pricing trends and competitor differentiators
  • Develop comprehensive competitor pricing reports with actionable insights
Pricing Analysis & Structure:  
  • Conduct detailed pricing analysis for each product, considering factors such as cost of goods sold, market demand, customer segmentation, and value proposition
  • Create and maintain a clear and logical pricing structure across all products, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions
Pricing Forecasting:  
  • Analyze historical pricing data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop pricing forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and anticipated future trends.
  • Provide recommendations for price adjustments based on forecasting insights
Reporting & Collaboration:  
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Pricing Specialist, Pricing Analyst, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and strategies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs
