About us

Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Your Tasks

  • You will have primary responsibility for IT process and service portfolio management at all our locations to ensure efficient and appropriate IT services
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating the management of IT services from ITSM and software licence management across all locations 
  • You will continuously develop our interface between business and IT and make an active contribution in the area of change management
  • In cooperation with the business functions, the Director IT & Digitalisation and the other IT teams, you are also responsible for IT sourcing management
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate business-related IT projects independently without taking on an active project manager role

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have a degree in computer science, information technology or similar
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience with an IT service management tool (ideally Freshservice), and you are experienced with both daily use and the set-up of workflows, processes and automation
  • Furthermore, you have several years of experience in process design & management in the context of key business processes
  • As a strategist, you have an eye for the big picture and can independently set goals to enable organisational levels and departments to work together
  • You have a good command of German and a very good command of English
